Shipping Policy

We sell digital crochet patterns only. Nothing is printed, packed or posted, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery address and no tracking number.

How you receive your pattern

As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link is emailed to the address you used at checkout. The email usually arrives within a minute. The link stays valid, so you can download the file again later.

If your email does not arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first, and check the email address on your order. If it still has not arrived, contact us and we will send the file to you directly, usually the same day.

International orders

Because your order is a file and not a parcel, there are no customs charges, import duties or delivery delays, wherever you are in the world.
