Is this a physical product?
No. Everything in this store is a digital crochet pattern delivered as a PDF. You crochet the item yourself, and nothing is posted to you.
When do I get my pattern?
A download link is emailed to you as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. The link stays valid, so you can download the file again later.
Which crochet terms do you use?
US crochet terms. A UK conversion chart is included in the PDF.
What yarn and hook do I need?
Aran or worsted weight yarn in any fibre, and a 3.5 mm hook or larger. One skein is plenty for a full coaster set.
I am a beginner. Can I make this?
If you can work in the round and make a double crochet, yes. Every piece has a stitch chart as well as written rounds, so you can follow by eye instead of counting.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes. You may sell finished items you make by hand, in small quantities. You may not share, resell or republish the pattern file itself.
My download link did not arrive.
Check your spam and promotions folders first, and check the email address on your order. If it still has not arrived, email customlogo0323@gmail.com and we will send the file to you directly, usually the same day.
I found a mistake in the pattern.
Please tell us. We correct the file and send the updated version to everyone who has bought it, free of charge.
Can I get a refund?
Digital patterns are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, so all sales are final. We do refund in full if your download fails, the file is corrupted, or the pattern contains an error we cannot fix. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
